Jenny is a staunch Bankruptcy and Consumer Rights Attorney. She is a Certified Bankruptcy Specialist and she serves on NACBA’s Board of Directors. She was honored in 2013 with NACBA’s Distinguished Service award. In 2016, she received the Hammes-Shulman Legislative Advocacy Award for her work on California’s Homestead Exemption bill. Jenny’s work is primarily consumer and business debtor work.
